Noah Stone is 23 from Westwood, MA, and is the auxiliary clarinetist of The US Army Field Band. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, where he studied primarily with Steve Cohen, Steve Williamson, and Lawrie Bloom. He has held fellowships at the Aspen Music Festival and School, the Sarasota Music Festival, and Continuum Music Ontario's HATCH program for contemporary music. He has appeared in chamber performances alongside members of major orchestras, including the Chicago, Houston, and Milwaukee Symphonies. He also teaches through the online Forte Lesson Program. When away from the concert stage, Noah enjoys exploring the woods on his mountain bike, making a mess in the kitchen, and solving pencil puzzles.
